Delivery information
We deliver to addresses across the United Kingdom. Delivery charges and estimated delivery times will be confirmed at checkout.
Editable placeholder. Delivery charges, estimated timescales and any order threshold for free delivery are set in data/products.js under DM_CONFIG.delivery. Until real rates are entered, the checkout shows the note above instead of a price.
Standard UK delivery
Our standard service covers mainland UK addresses. The charge and the estimated delivery window are shown at checkout before you place the order.
Express UK delivery
Where express delivery is available for your address, it appears as an option at checkout alongside its charge and estimated timing.
Delivery areas
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom. Some remote areas, including parts of the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, may have different charges or timescales. These are confirmed at checkout for your postcode.
Processing times
Orders are prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible. Orders placed at weekends or on UK public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will receive an order confirmation email with your reference number, then a dispatch notification.
Tracking
Once dispatched, tracking information is issued for services that include it. You can also use the track order page with your order reference, or email us and we will check for you.
Problems with a delivery
If a parcel has not arrived when expected, arrives damaged, or is missing an item, contact us with your order reference. Damaged and faulty items are covered on the returns and refunds page.
